Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We can ship to PO Boxes only when USPS is selected as the shipping method at checkout. Orders shipped via other carriers cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Delays
Apneasy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Apneasy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your package appears lost in transit (no delivery confirmation and no movement for an extended period), contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
